CD and limited-edition purple vinyl pre-orders for “Psychomatic” – which will be released by M-Theory Audio on February 12, 2021 – are available now at smarturl.com/immortalguardian. "Rich or poor, it doesn't matter, every human this year experienced some kind of lockdown/isolation during this insane year”, says guitarist/keyboardist Gabriel Guardian. “We couldn't even just meet up because our borders were on lockdown for international travel. Thank god for the internet, as we were able to still create music and keep each other company online even with thousands of miles between each member. 'Lockdown' talks about all of the same questions we all have been asking ourselves since the start of the pandemic. Where did this all come from? Who's to blame? Is the lockdown saving more lives than it's destroying? We can only keep making music through these crazy times and hope for a better tomorrow. "After winning over new audiences with their acclaimed 2018 debut full-length “Age of Revolution” and touring relentlessly alongside fellow shredders such as Marty Friedman, Powerglove and Exmortus, IMMORTAL GUARDIAN gathered in Las Vegas earlier this year to begin recording their second album. As the spread of COVID-19 and the subsequent pandemic began to ensue, each member of the band retreated to their respective hometowns. With shutdowns around the world being enforced, the band completely scrapped the record that they had been working on and were heavily inspired to write and create a new thematic record about their emotions surrounding current events. “Psychosomatic” is a product of the extraordinary events of 2020. The result is a truly multi-national record, with guitarist/keyboardist Gabriel Guardian remaining in Las Vegas, vocalist Carlos Zema recording his vocals from his home in Brazil, new drummer Justin Piedimonte joining the band from his hometown in Montreal, Canada, and new bassist Joshua Lopez remaining in IMMORTAL GUARDIAN's native Texas. The group – founded by Gabriel Guardian, whose uncanny ability to play guitar and keyboard simultaneously has been showcased on MTV's “Amazingness” and on his unique dual-instrument covers of classics by the likes of Iron Maiden, Pantera and Guns N' Roses that have garnered hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube – began building their following through multiple self-released EPs before signing with M-Theory Audio for the 2018 release of their first full-length record, “Age of Revolution”. The band has also performed live alongside some of the biggest names in metal, including Judas Priest, Dragonforce, Kamelot, Symphony X, Sonata Arctica, Slayer, Metal Church, Soilwork and Steve Vai, and in countries such as Brazil and Russia, and during high-profile performances at ESPN's X Games, South By Southwest and the Fun Fun Fun Fest. “Psychosomatic” is the next step in IMMORTAL GUARDIAN’s evolution while still capturing the band’s exhilarating trademark melding of melodic power metal with progressive/shred tendencies. More information about the album will be revealed in the weeks to come...

About Ambush
How it all started...
A cold autumn’s night in Sweden, five guys were sitting in a basement and shared a couple of beers, listening to old school Heavy Metal. In the middle of all joviality, they somehow felt nostalgic and a bit frustrated that various new productions could not measure up to the old pure masterpieces. They decided to do something about it and as a result, Ambush was born. Since then, they’ve released two solid records in FIRESTORM and DESECRATOR through High Roller Records and are at the moment busy burning the stages of the European continent… Stylistically, Ambush (originating from a small town called Växjö) are not miles away from current Swedish bands like RAM, Screamer and Enforcer, their main heroes are Judas Priest and Accept though. In 2015, Ambush released their second album »Desecrator«. Four years later it's high time for the follow-up »Infidel«. Vocalist Oskar Jacobsson has all the details: “Everything except vocals were recorded in PAMA studios by Mankan Sedenberg, who also produced our second album »Desecrator«. Mankan has become an important player for us handling recording, mixing as well as having legendary Svante Forsbäck mastering the album for us. The vocals were recorded by me in my studio, and the backing vocals were recorded here and there at various gatherings with friends where we brought some studio equipment.” “Creating an Ambush album is quite difficult for obvious reasons,” continues Oskar. “On one hand we want to put out traditional sounding heavy metal with the vibe of the pioneers from the 70/80s. On the other hand the album must sound unique in some way to be relevant to the scene. Since the release of »Desecrator« in 2015, we’ve been writing quite a lot of songs. After we condensed all the songs down to ten, we’ve had plenty of time to work with arrangements, lyric themes and song structures. It is always hard to smash the last nail into the coffin when it comes to recording and mixing, but in the end I think we succeeded in creating a good heavy metal album. I hope people will like it!” So what are the similarities and what are the main differences of »Infidel« compared to »Desecrator«? Oskar reflects: “I think the main difference is the variety of songs and lyrical themes. In my opinion, the dark songs on »Infidel« are darker than on »Desecrator«. On the other hand, the mid-tempo songs are a bit more melodic and free in comparison. We had no intention of changing musical direction with this album, and I hope the fans will welcome »Infidel« as a little brother of »Firestorm« and »Desecrator«.”

It is a first foretaste of their eighth studio album "Feeding The Machine" that offers intense and addictive headbanger anthems.
WOLF states: "This is the first video from "Feeding the Machine", directed by Daniel Wahlström of Heavy Groove Media. Apparently we have a tradition in WOLF to have Niklas half naked and tormented in the videos and this fine tradition we still uphold. You got to suffer for the art, right? Seriously, it has been a blast working with Daniel, who is full of crazy ideas and there will be a second video from him later on. Oil your neck joints, let your inner animal out and howl at the moon. We give you: "Midnight Hour"!"

About The Veer Union
Talking about “I’m So Sick”, the band’s Crispin Earl says: “I remember the first time hearing this song when I was just starting The Veer Union - it just blew me away! Lacey Sturm's voice was like nothing I had ever heard in Rock/Nu-metal. I have always been interested in songs that can stand the test of time and there is no question in my mind that "I'm So Sick" is one of those songs!" The Vancouver, Canada based band has collectively sold over 130,000 Albums and also reached over 40 Million Streams Worldwide. TVU has placed eight singles in the Top 40 of the Billboard Rock Radio Charts and averages over 100 live shows per year. TVU released their first independent album titled “Time To Break The Spell” in 2006 under the name Veer. The band gained notoriety after winning a spot in the CFOX 99.3 Vancouver "Seeds" radio competition in 2007. In 2008 the band updated their name to The Veer Union and landed a record deal with Universal Records. The critically acclaimed 1st single "Seasons" charted Top 10 at Active Rock Radio in the US and Canada. 2009 saw the release of their Universal distributed album "Against The Grain", which included "Seasons", "Youth of Yesterday", and "Darker Side of Me". In 2012 the band released their self-produced 3rd album (the 2nd as The Veer Union) "Divide the Blackened Sky" which yielded the Active Rock hit "Bitter End". In late 2013 TVU released the "Life Support, Vol. 1" EP as part of a Kickstarter campaign. In 2016 they released the 4th full length LP “Decade” to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their 1st release. With the success of the album “Decade” and the single “Defying Gravity” – which chronicled Earl's battle with depression, the band continued to move forward, and the result was the "Decade 2: Rock & Acoustic" album in 2018. The single & video "Living Not Alive" from Decade 2 was nominated for "Best Independent Video" by the Hollywood Music In Media Awards, and has over 1 million views on both YouTube and Facebook. To commemorate the one-year anniversary of Chester Bennington's death, The Veer Union paid tribute to the late Linkin Park vocalist with an acoustic cover of "Numb", also from the Decade 2 album. The video has more than 200,000 views on YouTube and over 750,000 on Facebook. The band plans to tour North America and release new music in the 2nd half of 2020, including select festival dates. Erdling was formed in 2014 by singer Neill Devin and drummer Niklas Kahl, as a promising, new brand Dark Rock band, to make the music heaven tremble.
Reinforced by guitarist Neno Knuckle and Marco Politi on bass, Erdling are familiar to the scene, in their rhythmic battle of feelings.
Latest Release
Fearlessly Erdling spread over their full realms and cross frontiers while still standing true to their traits.
Anthems such as the first single "Wir sind Midgard" or "Wölfe der Nacht" feat. Chis Pohl of Blutengel distinctively sound like Erdling. But the roots of the World Ash are nocturnal: The band shows a wild and heathen side in Dark Metal songs such as "Grendel" or "Im Namen der Krähe" feat. Robse Dahn of Equilibrium. This side just fits to the artwork showing Yggdrasil as it looses its leaves in the storm. Frontman and Songwriter Neill comments: "Our wealth makes us pushing away many things. Death surprises and disturbs us. It is time to return to the basic patterns of earth and life where death is part of existence." "Yggdrasil" will be released as 2-CD Digipak as well as as Die-Hard Wooden Box. This Wooden Box contains the Digipak and the additional bonus CD „2015-2020 – "Die Demos" featuring unreleased demo versions. And the World Ash shall be gifted as well: With a small bag of ash seeds, Erdling fans can give back something to nature and set a small hope against the destruction of the earth. A magic refreshing tree covers the smell of the industrialized world with a breeze from the woods. Additionally a recycling pen and a hand numbered certificate of authenticity complete a boxset, that is more than package – it is expression of an album that aims to turn the listener to an active part of a better world.
